4.1 Service Providers

We may share your information with third-party service providers who assist us in operating our platform:

  • Stripe: For payment processing and subscription management
  • Cloud Hosting (Render, Vercel): For secure data storage and application hosting
  • Google Analytics: For aggregated traffic and usage analytics

  • Google Ads: For measuring how our advertising performs and, with your consent, showing you our ads on other websites (see 4.3 below for details)

4.2 Analytics and Session Replay (Microsoft Clarity)

We partner with Microsoft Clarity to capture how you use and interact with our website through behavioral metrics, heatmaps, and session replay. This helps us improve and market our products and services. Session replay records your clicks, mouse movements, scrolling, and pages visited — it does not record keystrokes in password fields, and we apply additional masking to redact personal information such as email addresses, customer names, billing details, and Amazon account identifiers from replays.

Clarity does not collect information for advertising purposes or sell your data. Microsoft processes this data on our behalf in accordance with the Microsoft Privacy Statement. You can opt out of Clarity tracking by declining analytics cookies when prompted, or by enabling "Do Not Track" in your browser settings.

4.3 Advertising (Google Ads)

We advertise our products on Google. If you accept cookies, Google Ads uses cookies and similar technologies to tell us which ads brought visitors to our website and whether those visits led to actions we care about: subscribing to our newsletter, starting a free trial, or buying a subscription. For a purchase, this includes the amount paid. We use this to decide where to spend our advertising budget.

With your consent, Google may also use this information to show you our ads on other websites and apps (remarketing). Google receives information such as the ad you clicked, the pages you visited on our site, your device and browser, and your IP address. We do not send Google your name, email address, or payment details.

If you decline cookies, or ignore the cookie banner, advertising cookies are not set and your visit is not used to personalize ads. Google may still receive limited, cookieless signals that it uses to estimate ad performance in aggregate. Google processes this data in accordance with the Google Privacy Policy. You can also control ad personalization across Google through My Ad Center.
